At Lumaglow®, we offer flexible purchase options designed to provide convenience and control. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how recurring subscription purchases (“Subscribe & Save”) and one-time purchases may be cancelled, modified, or managed.
By selecting a recurring purchase option at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Purchase Options
Lumaglow® currently offers the following purchase options:
One-Time Purchase
A single non-recurring order charged at the time of checkout.
Subscribe & Save
A recurring subscription program that automatically renews and processes future orders according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout until cancelled by the customer.
The selected purchase option, applicable pricing, billing frequency, renewal schedule, and any discounts are clearly disclosed at checkout prior to purchase confirmation.
2. Subscription Billing Authorization
By enrolling in a Subscribe & Save purchase option, you expressly authorize Lumaglow® to:
- Charge your selected payment method for each recurring order
- Process future charges at the selected renewal interval
- Continue recurring billing until cancellation is requested by you
The amount charged for each renewal will reflect the subscription price presented at checkout, subject only to applicable taxes, shipping charges (if applicable), or any disclosed pricing adjustments.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation may be completed through either of the following methods:
Option A: Online Account Management
Log in to your customer account and manage or cancel your subscription directly through your subscription dashboard.
Option B: Contact Lumaglow® Support

Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number (if available)
- Subscription email address
- Cancellation request
Cancellation requests submitted by email are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once cancellation is confirmed, no future recurring charges will be processed.
4. Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled renewal, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
If a cancellation request is submitted after a renewal payment has already been processed, that renewal order may still be fulfilled and shipped, and cancellation will apply to all future renewals.
5. Subscription Modifications
You may modify your subscription at any time, including:
- Changing delivery frequency
- Updating billing or shipping information
- Pausing your subscription (if available)
- Reactivating a cancelled subscription
Changes must be submitted before the next billing cycle to take effect for the upcoming renewal.
6. Renewal Notifications
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew according to the selected delivery schedule unless cancelled.
Where required by applicable law, Lumaglow may provide renewal reminders or billing notices before certain renewal events.
7. Refunds After Subscription Charges
Once a recurring subscription order has been successfully processed, standard refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for charges already processed.
Refund requests for processed subscription orders are reviewed in accordance with our return and refund terms.
8. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment attempt fails:
- Lumaglow® may retry the payment method
- Your subscription may be temporarily paused
- We may notify you to update payment information
Failure to resolve payment issues may result in automatic subscription cancellation.
9. Promotional Discounts and Subscription Pricing
Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active and in good standing.
Lumaglow® reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice where required by law.
Material pricing changes will be communicated before taking effect.
10. Cancellation Confirmation
Upon successful cancellation, you will receive confirmation by email.
Customers are encouraged to retain cancellation confirmations for their records.
11. Lumaglow®'s Right to Cancel
Lumaglow® reserves the right to cancel or suspend subscriptions in cases of:
- Suspected fraud
- Abuse of promotional offers
- Payment failure
- Operational limitations
- Violation of our Terms of Service
Where applicable, notice will be provided.
12. Compliance With Applicable Consumer Protection Laws
This policy is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection, subscription renewal, and automatic renewal laws in:
- Canada
- The United States
- Other jurisdictions where Lumaglow offers recurring purchase services
Where local laws provide consumers with additional cancellation rights, those rights will apply.
