Dr. Plaskos aims to inspire and empower individuals to sustain a youthful and vital lifestyle. Her vision of personal well-being focuses on the entire body, both inside and out, as she is a strong believer that this is the best way to achieve and optimize good health.
Dr. Plaskos received her Honours Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology before obtaining her medical degree from the University of Toronto. She is an expert in regenerative and functional medicine with over 30 years of experience.
A testament to the depth of her expertise, Dr. Plaskos is also Board Certified in Anti-Aging Functional and Regenerative Medicine and has a Fellowship in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine from the University of South Florida. This, along with her desire to simplify her own supplement regimen, inspired the formulation of Lumaglow®.
